I am not very good with websites and html, so I will need someone to set it up for me or have an easy to use web builder. I want to own a simpe search engine website so that the results will include adsense ads and search results. Please Help I don’t know where else to go!

Or do you want to make a site that can be found on the search engines?
Making a search engine is not something you can have someone do for you unless you have a lot of money to blow on software development.
If you just want to make a site try use blogger.

Good news you dont need HTML and its easy to create your own website or blog.
You need a web host.That will only cost about $40 for everything. I help people start their own websites or blogs, and I dont charge to help if youd like to contact me.
