I think India would be hesitant to deploy troops, they would be happy to invest engineering and business but not military. The Gas pipeline is important to both India & Pakistan, but a rampant Taliban eroding Pakistan is good news to India, it degrades Pakistans military & keeps the focus of Kashmir.
The really winners from Afghanistan & Iraq are the Iranians, India & China.
Iran gets the Iraq, India becomes the sole power in the Subcontinent and China cements its position as a Superpower.

We shall see what unfolds. However, the gas pipeline that is going through Afghanistan & Pakistan to the Arabian Sea is meant for India. Also, lets not leave out the special trip made to the CFR by India. I am sure the powers that control us all had a few things to say about currency, energy, and rising economies don’t you think?

No way would Pakistan allow Indian forces on Afghan soil, nor does India want dead soldiers. America will probably ask India to reduce its forces in Kashmir so that Pakistan can do the same and move more troops to fights its Taliban.

It is not a leak it is a trial balloon.

India has been brought in to the Afghan crisis under threat that an American pull out would leave a destabilized Pakistan and Afghanistan in which India would have to deal with. The US is responsible for destabilizing both Afghanistan and Pakistan, not to mention arming opposing groups with arms or money to buy arms.

I believe we will hear India announce that the US will have access to Indian military bases and that India will join the NATO occupation of Afghanistan.
