I would say after my many years of working with Wordpress that the best options I have seen are: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-insert/ - great plugin for newbies or advanced users and http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/google-integration-toolkit/ - great because it adds it all to your admin panel. even if now you're only looking for adsense plugins, with this one you will be able to see your adsense clicks and more right from your WP panel.
